Dec 26, 2009 – bride called hp-09087497817 to clarify the miscommunication reported by Ms. Marie Marayag to Ms. Lusica regarding the time of the prenup photography the following day.
- At the onset on the call Mr Astillero’s voice has been high pitched more than what seemed to be normal. He did not let the bride say anything in edgewise. -
- Ms. Lusica asked if he can lower down his tone since she was becoming stressed and feared for her baby (the bride is 3months pregnant). -
- Mr. Astillero continued to berate her that she was not booked for 10am but 3pm.
- Mr. Astillero insisted that he spoke with Ms. Lusica’s fiancĂ© (Mr. Son Ku). Of which Ms. Lusica asked Mr. Astillero to reconsider his statement since both bride and groom did not have direct nor have knowledge of his contact no. As such, Ms. Lusica even suggested gently that he may have switched schedules with a different client. On which, Mr. Astillero vehemently denied. (Had he checked with his secretary then he would have realized at hand his mistake)
- At that time, Ms Lusica was in such distress that she was in tears while talking to Mr. Astillero and her stomach was in so much pain, that they han to cancel their reservation at the restaurant to rush Ms. Lusica.
- The following day Ms. Lusica asked Mr. Astillero to meet with her personally to settle the issue. The request for meeting personally was to avoid furthermore miscommunication. Eros Portrait declined by way of a rude sms from Mr. ER Astillero (son of the proprietor). Dec 28, 2009 - Secretary of Eros Portrait called Ms. Lusica to apologize for miscommunication from their part and took ownership for the error. No apology was given by Mr. Astillero to Ms. Lusica as of this writing. We are very much offended with the incident and fear for Ms. Lusica’s health. Any mention of Mr. Astillero is causing Ms. Lusica so much distress that we fear for the child in her womb. This should have been a memorable event to be remembered but to continue doing business with you might lead to so much inconveniences and stress to the bride that we are canceling this contract. As a sign of goodwill from you part, we demand that you return the downpayment of php17,500.00 in lieu of the fact that no SERVICE was rendered to Ms. Lusica.
